Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, “I will try again tomorrow”

Written by Mary Anne Radmacher

I thought this was the best saying because I never thought of reaching the next day, greeting the morning, and facing all of my fears and worries to be courage, but when you really sit and think about it; that is just what it is. There are many people in this world who take their own lives each and every day and others who sweep their sorrows away with alcohol and drugs because they cannot face the new day ahead of them, but somehow the rest of us find a way to fight back and try again each time we wake up.

If you or someone you know is having a difficult time dealing with life and has turned to the bottle (either the drink or pill bottle) just to survive, call that person, let him or her know that you are there and that you still care because that person may need you to be courageous for him or her. You may even need to help them survive and help them find the courage they need. If you are not in a position to talk to the person call someone who can. If you are the one who needs someone else to be courageous for you, let me be that person for you. I am here for you each and every day. I will help you any way I can and I will try to help you smile.
