Hi everyone! I know that I don’t post enough personal journey blogs. However, I like to bring you as much psychology information as I can. I am so scared that what I am blogging about is not what you all want to see or read about. I see my subscriber count go up, but no one is making comments on my posts and no one is posting what they want me to write about. I often wonder if I am bringing to you what you want to read.

However, I am going to keep on doing what I do best and do my research and study in psychology. If you think of something I can research, study, and write for you please do not hesitate to let me know. I truly want to know what you want to hear or see. I am here to make you happy and help you smile. I want to make your life easier by explaining how psychology plays a vital role in your life. I have personal experience with mental illness. I have seen what it does to a person from a personal standpoint as well as from a family standpoint. All three of my children have mental disabilities and my husband has suffers from mental illness as well. I have studied psychology in school for six years and I have two degrees and I am well versed in helping people when they need a helping hand, a shoulder to cry on, or just a, ear to listen. Just remember, there are all sorts of ways you can get in touch with me other than posting a comment. Simply go to the contact me page to find out all of the different ways.

Don’t forget to smile!!
